The final stage is empanelment. Selected experts will receive written communication identifying the subject domain or domains, level or levels, and type of work for which they have been chosen.
Panel term set at three years
An empanelment will remain valid for three years from the date it is granted, provided the expert’s performance remains satisfactory and integrity requirements continue to be met. The NTA may end an empanelment before the completion of that period if a term is breached or if there are reasonable grounds to do so, with appropriate notice.
